Kids Supergym Earns High Marks at State Meet

Athletes from Kids Supergym, located in Lakewood Ranch, earned high marks at the USA Gymnastics State Meet held on April 12th and 13th, at the Horizon Gymnastics facility in Port Charlotte, FL. The event consisted of approximately 170 athletes from around the state and competition was held in both Tumbling and Trampoline. Bradford Hayes took first place in the eleven and twelve year old division in Tumbling with a score of 54.9. Kids Supergym had a total of 9 athletes that finished in the top 5 of age groups that ranged between 9 and 14 years old in the Tumbling. Also, five athletes took first place in the Trampoline event that consisted of age groups between eleven and fifteen years old. Those with first place finishes in the Trampoline meet included Jared Dipsiner, Brooke Grassman, Jodi Grassman, B. Lee Heller, Emily Lorenzen, and Connor Yaryura. Russell Bolingbroke, who is the coach and highest ranked athlete, has earned the score to move to Junior Elite in the fall.

Tumbling

Bradford Hayes – 1st place, Oceana Dwyer – 2nd place, Emma Fazio – 3rd place, Tyann Floore – 3rd place, Goda Mackenzie – 3rd place, Sarah Fazio – 4th place, Brooke Grassman – 4th place, Andie Tradler – 4th place, Angela Misch – 5th place.

Trampoline

1st place – Jared Dipsiner, Brooke Grassman, Jodi Grassman, B. Lee Heller, Emily Lorenzen, Connor Yaryura.

2nd place – Evan Dipsiner, Andrei Kriegel, Sypula Tristan.

3rd place – Tommy Rao, Dillon Sypula, Ashley Wichern.

4th place – Katie Holt

5th place – Mackenzie Goda
